A more formal assembly line, of course, is a fully automatic printing machine, placement machine, and multi-temperature zone reflow soldering. These three devices are the most basic. Adding to the top is the board feeder, docking station, spi (solder paste inspector), aoi (automatic optical inspector), ict (online test), ft (function test), x-ray, etc. This is generally a larger factory to be equipped.
